We've been where you are.

We built Hiro as parents and siblings who've lived this — the battles over exercises, the guilt of a missed week, watching your kid miss out on just playing.

Hiro makes your schedule work, because your child is asking to play — not being asked to exercise.

What the three sessions look like

Session 1 — Free

Your child is playing Hiro before the day is out

We learn about your child's goals and what home practice has been like. Then we get you set up with Hiro — a real game they can play straight away.

Session 2

We shape it around your child

After a week at home, we check in. What did your child enjoy? What felt hard? We use that to personalize the game.

Session 3

You leave with something really built for them

One more round of refinements, and you end up with a game that feels like it was made for your child.

Hiro program preview

This might be for you if...

  • Your child has a movement goal they're supposed to be practicing — but getting them to actually do it is a fight
  • You could use five minutes to yourself, and want a game they can play on their own
  • You want screen time that's actually doing something — movement, focus, fun
  • Your child has sensory or special needs — our games are designed to be accessible, and genuinely engaging

Hiro isn't physiotherapy and doesn't replace your child's physio team. We help make practicing them at home actually stick.

What families are saying

“I just put it on and let her go. I don't have to sit there and run it. It's a real game changer!”

John, dad of Deborah

“Hiro is great because if it gets a family doing five minutes a day when before they were doing nothing - that's everything.”

Allison, physiotherapist

“Her sister joins in and I never thought home practice could be something they'd fight over.”

Britney, mum of two

Start free. Stay if it fits.

The first session is free — no credit card, no commitment and you leave with a game your child actually wants to play.

If it's working, the full program is $30 introductory rate — two more sessions to shape the game around your child's goals, so it keeps working at home.

We built Hiro because we've been where you are and want your family to come out of this with something that really helps. If it's not clicking after week one, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

Frequently asked questions

Are you physiotherapists?

No — Hiro is not a physiotherapy service and we don't provide medical advice. What we do is make home practice easier: we design games with physiotherapist input, and tailor them to your child's specific movement goals.

Does my child need a diagnosis or referral?

No referral needed. It helps if your child has a movement goal they're meant to be practicing — but the main requirement is that you want them moving more and having fun doing it.

What equipment do I need?

Just a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. No special setup required.

How much time does this take each week?

Sessions run 5–15 minutes, and there's almost no prep. Put the camera in front of your child and they can go.

What if it doesn't work for us?

The first session is free, so there's nothing to lose. If you've paid for the follow-up sessions and it's still not clicking after week one, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
